Prime Residential Broker

London | Employed Brokerage | £100,000 - £200,000+ Guaranteed (Year One) | Uncapped Earnings

My client is building a business for exceptional brokers who have already proven they can win instructions, build long-term client relationships and consistently transact prime residential property.

The Opportunity

This is an employed broker position designed for established performers.

To allow you the time to build your pipeline properly, you'll receive a guaranteed salary for your first 12 months based on your current earnings and proven track record.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in individuals who have already demonstrated that they can build a premium client base.

Typical Qualifications

  • A strong track record within Prime or Super Prime London property.
  • Consistent listing experience.
  • Evidence of winning and converting instructions.
  • An established network of clients, introducers, and professional contacts.
  • A reputation built on service, discretion, and results.
  • The ambition to build something significantly bigger over the next five to ten years.
