Sales Manager (New Business) | Karma Kitchen | Hackney, London
£40,000 base + OTE + uncapped commission | Full-time, onsite
Every restaurant group in London hits the same wall. Three sites in, the kitchen behind the flagship can't keep up, consistency goes, and growth stalls.
We're what happens next.
Karma Kitchen runs six production kitchens across London and the brands you eat from use them as their engine room. We're the infrastructure under the city's food scene, and we're expanding fast. We're hiring a Sales Manager to sell it.
THE ROLE
Full cycle B2B sales. You find them, you tour them, you close them.
- Outbound first, with good inbound on top.
- Mornings on the phone and in Sales Navigator.
- Afternoons walking founders and ops directors round live kitchens.
- Evenings at the odd industry event, because that's where this market actually talks.
- Then pricing, proposal, negotiation & signed lease.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
