Sales Manager — Online Bank / Fintech

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing online bank and fintech team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, developing long-term business relationships, and promoting the Bank's digital banking, payment and financial solutions.

The role requires strong B2B sales skills and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and initial contact through account opening and client activation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through outbound sales, referrals, networking, partnerships and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking and industry events.
  • Understand clients' business, financial needs and payment requirements.
  • Present and promote the Bank's products and services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Coordinate the client onboarding process with Compliance, KYC/AML, Operations and Account Management teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Develop relationships with business owners, CFOs, finance directors and other senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate information about leads, opportunities and activities in the CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and new opportunities in fintech, banking and payments.
  • Represent the Bank at conferences, networking events and business meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
