Job Title: Sales Manager – Serviced Offices

Salary: £50,000–£55,000 + Monthly Commission
Location: London

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across a growing London serviced office portfolio. With consistently strong occupancy and exciting expansion plans, you’ll be responsible for driving new business, maximising enquiries and building strong relationships with commercial property agents, brokers and corporate clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach and develop the central sales team
  • Build and manage relationships with key commercial property agents and brokers
  • Drive enquiries, viewings and conversions across the serviced office portfolio
  • Develop sales strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue
  • Work closely with on-site teams to convert opportunities and deliver an excellent client experience
  • Own CRM performance, pipeline management and sales reporting
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing and developing a sales team
  • Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with agents, brokers and clients
  • Experience within serviced offices, flexible workspace, hospitality, hotels, events or another customer-focused environment
  • Confident using CRM systems and sales data to drive performance
  • Commercially minded, organised and highly motivated
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
