As a Sales Manager, you will drive the growth of our AI business across non-academic sectors in the UK, including banking and financial enterprises, healthcare, research organisations, government bodies, and technology companies. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, shape strategic deals, and drive high-impact revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new AI business opportunities across the UK and EU.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline creation, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Position AI solutions around tangible business outcomes such as efficiency, compliance, and workflow optimisation.
- Lead client conversations and product demonstrations, translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Collaborate with internal sales and solution teams to drive strategic engagements.
- Represent CACTUS at key industry events and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications And Prerequisites
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales within BFSI, Technology Products & Services, SaaS, Recruitment Services, Consulting, or other service-based industries.
- Based in the UK with experience selling into UK/EU markets.
- Excellent consultative selling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, NLP, automation) is an added advantage.
