The ASMALLWORLD Group
Centred around the ASMALLWORLD social network, the company operates a luxury travel ecosystem that serves discerning travellers and industry partners. At its core, ASMALLWORLD is the trusted membership community for modern luxury travellers, offering a platform to connect, share experiences and enjoy a wealth of travel privileges, including access to elite statuses and loyalty programme currencies, as well as over 900 coveted events around the world annually. Role Overview
Relevant candidates will have experience from other membership businesses, luxury, real estate, travel, hospitality, or other B2B backgrounds. The role will suit someone who can build and run a full sales cycle and close deals with discerning, high-value clients and the companies which serve them. It is a great fit for someone established in their sales career, who thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on luxury travel, who likes to work with clear targets and yet is at ease with defining and owning the framework to achieve those targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new B2B business opportunities for sales and distribution of ASMALLWORLD's products and services (paid memberships, VIP travel booking, concierge services etc.) through outbound outreach, calls, market research, and networking
- Own leads and proposals end-to-end through the CRM, from first contact to close
- Prepare proposals and deliver sales pitches
- Represent ASW on sales trips and networking events to build pipeline and visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and corporate clients
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Support, Finance) to ensure deals are activated smoothly
- Track and report on monthly sales activity to track progress and provide insights into sales pipeline performance
- Maintain an updated CRM with accurate prospect data (companies, contacts etc.)
- Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and new partnership opportunities
- Be an agent of your own success: continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation (as well as your own compensation)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
