An Exciting Sales Manager / Assistant Branch Manager Opportunity
This position is available at our Your Move branch in Darwen.
About the Role
Your role will be to focus on the day-to-day running of the Sales team ensuring that all business objectives are achieved. Providing effective leadership to your team, you will aim to maximize opportunities and optimize profitability alongside the continued delivery of outstanding customer service. Taking a proactive approach you should be aware of changes and challenges in the marketplace ensuring an increase in profitability, market share, and ultimately focused on your goal of achieving high street market leader status.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to act as a role model to the rest of the team.
- Effective in delegation and time management.
- Achieve the objectives of this role to a high standard.
- Hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Who We're Looking For
We are very eager to speak to those already experienced as an Estate Agency Branch Manager / Lister / Valuation Manager, or equally eager to speak to those that have a strong residential sales background and are looking to take the next step within their career.
Compensation
The role comes with a very competitive basic salary, An excellent Uncapped OTE.
Location
The nature of this opportunity means the role is all office based.
