Sales Manager (Automotive)
£40,000-£45,000 (£65k+ OTE) + Company Car + Training + Progression

Are you a Sales Manager or similar from an automotive background, looking to join a rapidly growing national company, offering impressive internal and external training and development, alongside clear routes to progress into a General Manager role?
With over 50 years of history and 15+ dealerships across the Southwest and Wales, this well-established company boast a turnover of £270 million and are looking to continue their market dominance for years to come.
In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of daily sales operations and executives alike, driving overall performance and results. You will also be responsible for organising and delivering both sales events and campaigns, alongside inter-departmental liaison to ensure customer information and processes are kept accurate.

This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar coming from an automotive background, looking to lead a high-performing team from a flagship dealership.
The Role
- Oversight and management of daily sales operations
- Organising and delivering both sales events and campaigns
- Ensure customer information and processes are kept accurate
- Monday - Saturday, 08:30am - 6pm, weekday off of your choosing
