Sales Manager | Technology Sales | Fully Remote | Personal and Team Commission
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing international technology business to recruit a hands on Sales Manager.
This opportunity combines personal new business revenue with team leadership. You’ll remain an active closer while progressively recruiting, coaching and developing your own sales team.
The business provides technology vendors with curated access to senior enterprise decision makers who have active requirements. Its intelligence led model supports a short 2-6 week sales cycle and significant repeat revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Personally generate and close new business.
- Sell engagement and introduction programmes to technology vendors.
- Manage and convert qualified commercial opportunities.
- Build and develop your own client portfolio.
- Recruit, coach and manage a sales team.
- Own both individual and team revenue performance.
- Work closely with SDR and lead generation teams.
- Support team members with pitching, follow-up and closing.
- Maintain strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications
- A proven track record of closing new business.
- Previous sales leadership or team management experience.
- Experience in SaaS, software, cybersecurity, MarTech, HR Tech, events or sponsorship sales.
- Experience selling into medium or large organisations.
- Confidence working with CEOs, Sales Directors and senior stakeholders.
- Strong coaching and commercial leadership skills.
- A willingness to remain a hands on individual contributor.
- The maturity and self-discipline to lead effectively in a remote environment.
