Company Description
TWPayz (Transactworld Limited) is a UK FCA-regulated Electronic Money Institution and forward-looking financial services provider, specialising in multi-currency business accounts and seamless acquiring solutions. We enable businesses of all shapes and sizes — from SMEs to large enterprises, across every industry — to bank, transact, and grow across borders through secure, compliant, and scalable platforms.
Our offering spans international IBANs, cross-border transfers, merchant acquiring, payment processing, POS terminals, SoftPOS, and Pay-by-Link solutions, alongside multi-currency accounts, FX, and domestic and international payments — all built to serve the full breadth of the UK market and beyond.
TWPayz is part of a global group with over 20 years in operation, holding 7 licences across 6 jurisdictions, including but not limited to India, Mauritius, Europe, UK & Africa. This breadth of regulatory coverage gives us a strong base of compliance expertise, banking relationships, and infrastructure to draw on — allowing us to support clients with complex, cross-border needs as they scale. Based in London, we serve clients across the UK, Europe, and other international markets, providing flexible, growth-ready financial tools for modern businesses.
The Opportunity
The group is making a mass-market push into the UK domestic space, with an aggressive focus on Card Present and Card Not Present acquiring as a core growth priority. This isn't a niche play — we're building for businesses across every industry, and this is a rare opportunity to get in early on that strategy. For the right candidate, this role carries a genuine path into a lead position, shaping how we build out UK acquiring from the ground up.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in England, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a sales pipeline, and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients across financial services and payments — with a strong focus on Card Present and Card Not Present acquiring.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
