We’re looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join In8inity, a global communications and technology provider.

This is a hands-on new business role for someone who enjoys building a pipeline from scratch, opening doors and turning opportunities into long-term B2B relationships. You’ll have the freedom to explore new markets and customer segments while selling a broad portfolio of telecom and connectivity solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B customers
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Reach and engage decision-makers through outbound, networking, conferences and direct sales
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact and discovery to proposal, negotiation and closing
  • Sell solutions across Voice, SMS, PBX, IP Transit, Hosting, Connectivity and related services
  • Develop business within existing and new verticals, including e-commerce, iGaming, gambling, nutra, call centres, HR, online education and courier/delivery
  • Attend industry events and conferences and convert new contacts into commercial opportunities
  • Work closely with our technical team to build solutions around customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility and regular sales reporting
  • Share market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, pricing and emerging opportunities

What we’re looking for

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience is ideal; we’re also open to strong candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in new business development and outbound sales
  • Ability to independently generate leads and build a healthy pipeline
  • Experience in telecom, communications, connectivity or other technical B2B services is highly desirable
  • Comfortable selling complex solutions rather than purely transactional or script-based SaaS products
  • Strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering measurable sales results
  • Confident communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English
  • Comfortable working from our London office
