Location: UK (remote with travel)

Wenham Carter is supporting a global industrial automation technology company in the search for a Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of its AGV business across the UK.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement mid- to long-term sales strategies for the region
- Identify, develop and manage key customers, partners, and strategic accounts
- Build strong relationships with system integrators, OEMs, and end users
- Lead customer engagement activities, including regular site visits and business reviews
- Coordinate internal technical and commercial teams to deliver customer solutions
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance through CRM tools
- Contribute to regional market positioning and business development initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales
- MUST have sales experience within industrial automation or robotics
- Strong understanding of AGVs/AMRs
- Experience working with system integrators, OEMs, or equipment manufacturers
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage strategic customer relationships
- Chinese and English are required; other languages are a plus.
- Based in UK and willing to travel to client sites.
