Sales Manager – Automotive Dealership (Portadown)
Location: Portadown, Craigavon, BT62
Salary: Up to £42,500 basic + bonus (OTE £60,000)
Benefits: Company car + excellent career progression
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected car retailer for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their busy dealership in Portadown. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-focused individual to take ownership of a high-performing sales team and continue to build on the dealership’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Drive sales performance across new and/or used vehicles
- Monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery against dealership objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a professional environment
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotions
- Ensure compliance with all company and manufacturer standards

About You
- Proven experience in car sales within a busy dealership environment
- Previous experience managing and leading a sales team
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Target-driven with a track record of achieving results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Full, clean and valid UK driving licence
