Job Title: Media Sales Manager

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + Commission

Location: London | Hybrid


Our client is a fast-growing premium multimedia business with a highly engaged global audience. Operating across digital, video, audio, social, podcasts and live experiences, they create bespoke commercial partnerships that help leading brands connect with valuable and passionate audiences.

The Opportunity

  • Join a growing commercial team and sell a broad range of premium media and partnership solutions.
  • Create bespoke campaigns across video, podcasts, social, newsletters, branded content, display and experiential activity.
  • Work across UK and international markets, building relationships with brands, agencies and sports marketing partners.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline, from proactive outreach and initial conversations through to pitch, negotiation and close.
  • This is not a transactional media sales role — success comes from understanding the client challenge and developing creative, commercially relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with editorial, video, social, production and data teams to create compelling partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop trusted, advisory relationships with brands, agencies and senior decision-makers.
  • Create persuasive sales pitches, presentations and bespoke partnership proposals.
  • Identify audience, content and media opportunities that align with client objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and take ownership of opportunities through to close.
  • Attend relevant industry events, launches and networking opportunities to develop relationships and generate new business.

Your Profile

  • Experience in media sales, partnerships, publishing, sports media or a related commercial environment.
  • A strategic and creative thinker who can turn a client brief into a compelling solution.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, commercially driven and comfortable taking ownership of your pipeline.
  • Relentless, self-motivated and disciplined, with the resilience to proactively pursue new opportunities.
  • An understanding of digital audiences, media trends and how audience insight can be translated into commercial value.
  • Experience selling video, audio, podcasts, social or branded content would be advantageous.
