We are delighted to continue supporting an independent, family-run car and van leasing specialist with over 20 years in the motor industry. We are FCA authorised and regulated and a BVRLA member, operating across car and van leasing, fleet, business contract hire and salary sacrifice. Their fleet department delivers strong volume today, anchored by major corporate relationships alongside a growing base of business customers, and they are investing to take it substantially further, with growth led by new business, renewals and a customer database built over more than a decade.
The Role
The Fleet Sales Manager will own and be accountable for the fleet number, owning the current customer base and being responsible for delivering growth as a 'player manager'. This is not a job for a person who cannot deliver new business growth directly and lead the existing team members to do the same.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
