Sales Manager – CV Business

The Sales Manager – CV Business is responsible for driving profitable sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships within the Commercial Vehicle business. The role supports the delivery of revenue, margin, and market share objectives through effective account management, channel development, commercial execution, and close cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do:

  • Drive sales performance and profitable growth within the CV Business across the assigned market or territory
  • Develop and execute sales plans in line with business priorities and commercial objectives
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, customers, key accounts, and other relevant business partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sustainable commercial growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing developments, and customer requirements to support strong commercial decisions
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports in line with business expectations
  • Lead or support commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer agreements
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, customer service, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure effective execution and high service levels
  • Support product launches, promotional activities, and channel development initiatives
  • Follow up on customer issues, claims, and commercial matters to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and business review processes
  • Represent the company professionally in customer interactions and help strengthen long-term business partnerships
  • IMPORTANT: This position will be instrumental in executing an ambitious three-year Commercial Vehicle growth plan for the Company
  • The Sales activities must cover visits to the most important Fleets in the respective regions.

What will make you successful:

  • University degree or similar by experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Several years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket, commercial vehicle sector, or a comparable industry is preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing customer relationships effectively
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability
  • Experience working in a cross-functional and matrix environment
  • Good knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, and performance management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good organizational skills and follow-through
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role (≥60% of time).
  • Previous experience and technical knowledge on the CV-systems: chassis, brakes and engines, is highly desirable
  • IMPORTANT: strong relations with the KEY existing Distributors into the Commercial Vehicles business
