About Us

Nuvho is a leading hotel services and outsourcing management company, providing expert sales, marketing, revenue management, reservations, and advisory solutions to hotels, serviced apartments, holiday parks, and luxury resorts across Europe and Australia.

Our team is passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering exceptional commercial results for our clients. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement are part of everything we do.

We are currently expanding our European team and are looking for a full-time Sales Manager to join us remotely within the UK. While we work with international hotel clients, this role is focused on supporting and growing our presence across the European market.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Nuvho’s portfolio of hotel clients through a combination of proactive business development, reactive sales management, account management, and strategic sales planning.

In addition to supporting client revenue growth, you will play a key role in selling Nuvho’s services, representing the Nuvho brand in the market, and identifying opportunities to expand our hotel client portfolio across the UK and Europe.

This role also involves supporting and guiding the sales team, improving sales performance through effective KPI management, CRM discipline, coaching, and process optimization. Working closely with the Director of Sales, as well as our Revenue and Marketing teams, you will help deliver measurable and incremental revenue growth for our client hotels.

This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for an assigned portfolio of hotel clients.
  • Drive proactive and reactive direct sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Actively promote, sell, and represent Nuvho’s services and brand to prospective hotel clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Build awareness of Nuvho in the market and develop strong relationships that support the growth of both Nuvho and its client portfolio.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, telesales, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead sales planning and account management strategies for assigned clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure effective use of sales tools and systems.
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion, and activity levels against agreed KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, tenders, proposals, contracts, and client communications.
  • Represent Nuvho and client hotels at industry events, trade shows, networking events, and site inspections.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management to ensure rate negotiations meet financial objectives.
  • Support the Director of Sales in developing strategic sales plans and tactical initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to future Sales Executives and team members as the team grows.
  • Share market intelligence and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
