Senior Sales Manager

Location: London, UK (Candidates across the UK are welcome, provided they are willing to relocate to London)

They partner with organisations across multiple industries to deliver scalable, business-critical technology solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong hunting mindset to drive new business acquisition across the UK market. This is a high-impact role focused on winning new enterprise clients and expanding the company's presence by selling technology consulting, digital transformation, cloud, AI, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities across Digital Transformation, AI & Automation, Cloud Services, Enterprise Applications, Software Development, and Managed Services.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to design customer-centric solutions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, networking forums, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

  • 9–15 years of experience in enterprise IT services or technology consulting sales.
  • Strong track record of acquiring new logos and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Experience selling one or more of the following:
    • Digital Transformation Services
    • AI & Automation Solutions
    • Cloud Services
    • Enterprise Software Solutions
    • Application Development
    • Managed Services
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with service-based technology organisations is highly preferred.

Candidates from the BFSI industry will not be considered.

Education

  • B.Tech/B.E. – Mandatory
  • MBA – Preferred
