Sales Manager – Premium Drinks

London | Field-Based | £40,000–£50,000 + Bonus

I’m working with an exciting, growing premium functional drinks brand that’s looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to help drive its next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on new business role for someone who loves being out in the market – meeting customers, opening doors, securing listings and turning new opportunities into long-term commercial relationships.

You’ll be responsible for growing the brand across on-trade, off-trade and retail, working with everyone from independent bars, restaurants and hotels through to retailers, wholesalers and larger groups.

What you’ll be doing

  • Proactively identify and win new B2B accounts across London and beyond.
  • Grow distribution across on-trade, off-trade and retail.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation, listing and launch.
  • Build relationships with buyers, owners and key decision-makers.
  • Develop existing accounts through increased distribution, additional products and promotional opportunities.
  • Deliver product presentations, tastings and activations.
  • Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings.
  • Use market insight and sales data to identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasts and CRM.
  • Work closely with the wider team to help shape the B2B growth strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
