Role: Sales Manager/Lister
Location: North London
Proper Recruitment are working with a successful and growing independent estate agency who are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Lister to join their team in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with genuine local market knowledge, strong connections across the area and a proven ability to generate valuations and win instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Generating new business and winning property instructions
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
- Providing expert advice on pricing and marketing strategies
- Managing the listing process from instruction through to sale
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets

Requirements:
- Proven track record of self-generating valuations and winning instructions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong local connections and understanding of the North London property market
- Target-driven with a proactive mindset
- Confident, personable, and professional approach
- A full UK driving licence and your own car

Salary:
Circa ÂŁ30,000 DOE
