About The Role And Team
Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don't come with a script. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding the Uber Eats restaurant network, specifically targeting major enterprise partners and national brands. You aren't just selling a product; you are building long-term, multi-stakeholder partnerships in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment where the answers aren't always clear.
This is an opportunity to move the real world by helping large-scale businesses connect with millions of customers. You will need to be resilient, resourceful, and energized by the complex reality of securing deals. If you thrive on ownership and are motivated by seeing your efforts result in a tangible impact on the communities we serve, this is where you will grow.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow long-term partnerships with major restaurant chains by understanding their unique business needs and aligning them with Uber's value proposition.
- Navigate the complexity of enterprise-level negotiations, securing sustainable economics for both our partners and Uber while managing internal and external pressure points.
- Manage high-value pipelines with urgency and discipline, adapting your strategy to handle long-term trust-building and fast-closing opportunities alike.
- Collaborate across operations, marketing, and legal teams to shape proposals, unblock implementation hurdles, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners.
- Use data-driven insights and market expertise to influence senior C-suite stakeholders and resolve objections in a competitive and constantly evolving landscape.
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to contract execution and successful activation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
