Summary

We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI companies transforming how organisations hire. Their AI-powered platform helps some of the world's most innovative businesses automate repetitive recruiting tasks while enabling hiring teams to make faster, better decisions.

Trusted by high-growth technology companies across Europe and the US, the business is experiencing exceptional growth and is now looking for an experienced sales leader to help scale its EMEA commercial organisation.

This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage, where you'll have genuine influence over the team, operating model and future direction of the business—not simply inherit an established machine.

Job Summary

As Regional Sales Director, you'll lead one of the company's EMEA sales segments, owning both commercial performance and the development of a high-performing team. Reporting into the Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for coaching Account Executives, building scalable operating rhythms and helping evolve the sales playbook as the business continues its rapid expansion.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building as much as leading. You'll work closely with senior leadership to establish best practice across forecasting, onboarding, coaching, reporting and sales methodology, ensuring the organisation can continue to scale without compromising quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
