The Opportunity
As Enterprise New Business Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new commercial opportunities across multiple industries. You'll build your own pipeline, engage senior decision-makers and take innovative Dragonpass products and propositions to market. This is a highly visible role with significant greenfield opportunity, genuine autonomy and the chance to make a direct impact on the future growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Generate and win new enterprise business opportunities
- Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive outreach, networking and prospecting
- Develop relationships with senior commercial stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Introduce new Dragonpass products and propositions to the market
- Identify new customer segments and revenue opportunities
- Work closely with Product, Marketing and Partnerships teams to support go-to-market initiatives
- Represent Dragonpass at industry events and networking opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Experience Required
- Proven success in enterprise B2B new business sales
- Strong track record of opening, developing and closing complex sales opportunities
- Experience selling solutions rather than transactional products
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
- Strong commercial negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience managing lengthy and complex sales cycles
- Self-sufficient in generating pipeline and creating opportunities
