Edinburgh | Full-Time | In-Person

Build Skills. Deliver Results. Progress.

At Caledonia Group, we believe growth comes from being challenged, taking responsibility and consistently improving.

We work with established organisations to deliver professional, face-to-face campaigns that create meaningful customer engagement. As we continue to grow our Edinburgh team, we’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want to work in a performance-based environment where effort, attitude and results are recognised.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, sets high standards for themselves and wants more than just a job — they want to develop professionally and build a career.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll represent established campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement.

You’ll learn how to confidently communicate with different audiences, understand customer needs, handle objections and work towards measurable performance goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
