At Myriad, we're looking for ambitious individuals who want to build more than just sales experience. Our Entry Level Sales Management Programme is designed to develop confident sales professionals into future leaders through hands-on experience, structured training and one-to-one mentoring.
You'll start by learning the fundamentals of sales, customer acquisition and brand representation before developing your skills in coaching, team leadership and business management. No previous management experience is required. We're looking for potential, ambition and a genuine willingness to learn.

- Face-to-face sales and customer acquisition

As you build a strong track record in sales, you'll begin developing the skills needed to move into management, including recruitment, coaching, team development, leadership and performance management.

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or another customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
