Description

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, winning new instructions, and leading a small, experienced team to deliver outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of three sales professionals
  • Driving market share and revenue growth across the local area
  • Winning and retaining premium residential instructions
  • Managing key client relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Overseeing the sales process from valuation through to exchange and completion
  • Monitoring team performance and ensuring targets are achieved
  • Identifying opportunities to increase market presence and business development activity

Profile

We're looking for a proven performer with:

  • Previous experience in residential estate agency sales
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • A strong track record of winning instructions and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong knowledge of the London residential property market (preferred)
