Located in our Burnham Branch

£30k Basic (plus car allowance) with an OTE £65,000
Weekly and periodic valuation and activity bonuses on offer
Highly incentivized role in a very successful office
Managing and leading our sales team

We’re looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced Sales Manager to operate from our market leading Burnham Branch.

They will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings in the area. You should have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Hours

  • Monday to Thursday – 9am to 6pm
  • Friday – 9am to 5pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays – 9am to 4.00pm
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays
