This remote role can be based anywhere in these parts of Europe (London, Germany, France, Sweden, Netherlands etc).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Acquisition: Identify, develop, and secure new clients within assigned regions, building strong, long-lasting relationships to maximize solution sales and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Market Leadership & Lead Generation: Represent Wiseasy at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Organize and execute localized marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Exceeding Sales Targets: Consistently surpass sales targets through strategic planning, effective execution, proactive account management, and ensuring Wiseasy's solutions align with market needs and achieve strong product-market fit.
- Client Engagement: Lead engagement with existing and potential clients and stakeholders, including owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc., to secure new business and cultivate growth within existing accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, technical) to support go-to-market strategies and tailor Wiseasy’s innovative payment solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
- Industry Expertise: Continuously develop a deep understanding of the latest payment technology advancements and industry trends to effectively position Wiseasy's solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable B2B sales experience within the fintech, payments, POS, ODM, OEM, SaaS, ISV, or PSP industry.
- Strong understanding of the payment solutions landscape, including the challenges and opportunities for large payment solution providers.
- Proven experience working effectively in cross-functional and culturally diverse teams within a global organization.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel as required by business needs, estimated to be at least 15-20% of the time.
