Sales Manager, Europe – Italian or Dutch speaking
Location: London, UK
Office Days: 3 days in office per week
The Company
Our client is a global market leader for luxury hotel amenities, partnering with premium beauty, fashion, skincare, fragrance, and lifestyle brands to deliver high-end guest experiences for luxury hotels.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, Greece, Nordics & Central Europe, you will lead the sales growth across the Netherlands, Central and Eastern Europe. You will have ownership and drive the commercial strategy for new business, account management and distributor performance. To do so, you will be building and managing key relationships with senior management/executives of luxury hotels, resorts, hotel groups and hospitality operators.

Key Responsibilities
- Business development: Create and implement commercial strategy which will involve owning the sales cycle from pipeline generation to negotiation and closing deals
- Account Management and Distributor Performance: maintaining key relationships, cross-selling and up-selling to expand existing accounts and collaborations with distributors, client retention and satisfaction
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will be working closely with operations, marketing, finance/pricing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support clients and distributors where needed.

Experience/Key Qualities
- 3-5 years proven experience in B2B sales within the luxury hospitality sector
- Fluent in Italian or Dutch and English (C1 minimum)
- Excellent communication skills
- You need to be ambitious and have an entrepreneurial spirit, be proactive
- You need to be someone who likes to travel as frequent travel is involved to meet with clients
