Are you an experienced exhibition sales professional ready to take on a senior, high-ownership role with an ambitious, scaling business? If so, we want to hear from you!
About Our Client
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established B2B publisher and events company, connecting senior decision-makers across a range of specialist industry sectors through magazines, conferences, exhibitions and awards evenings. Their portfolio covers a diverse range of industries. It's a small, fast-moving, high-ownership team where individual contribution is highly visible and genuinely valued.
The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to join their exhibitions team as a senior addition, most likely focused on their flagship show. This is a role with real ownership; you'll carry your own personal revenue target while also leading by example, working closely with the talented yet less experienced sales team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
