Sales Manager – Existing Business
Bracknell | Hybrid – 3 days per week
£55,000 Base + £45,000 Variable | £100,000 OTE
Certus Recruitment is working with an established and growing B2B SaaS/technology business looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Existing Business team.
This is a people-focused leadership role with responsibility for retention, renewals, and expansion revenue across an established customer base.
You’ll coach and develop Account Managers, improve commercial performance, and create a more proactive, data-led approach to upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
The Role
- Lead, coach, and develop an existing customer sales team
- Drive retention, renewals, and expansion revenue
- Improve account planning and proactive customer engagement
- Coach Account Managers on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Use CRM and performance data to identify growth opportunities and churn risk
- Run effective 1:1s, coaching sessions, and development plans
- Improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales discipline
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and productivity
- Manage performance and support the team through change

Success is measured through team performance and customer growth rather than an individual sales target.
You’ll ideally have:
- 5+ years' B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology
- Experience leading an Account Management, Customer Sales, or Existing Business team
- A track record of improving retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell
- Strong coaching and people leadership skills
- Experience using CRM and data to drive commercial decisions
- Strong forecasting and performance management capability
- The confidence to coach salespeople through live opportunities and customer conversations
- Experience managing hybrid sales teams
