Sales Manager | FinTech | Manchester City Centre £40,000 basic | £65,000+ OTE (Uncapped - top performers earning £80,000-£90,000)
We're working with one of the UK's leading car finance FinTechs as they continue to significantly grow their 300+ person sales operation.
They're looking for experienced Sales Managers to lead teams of 10–15 people, combining hands-on coaching and leadership with a strong understanding of data, KPIs and commercial performance.
The role:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 10–15 salespeople
- Own performance across sales, product, compliance and customer experience KPIs
- Use live data to identify opportunities and improve performance throughout the day
- Manage both high performance and underperformance
- Create an engaging, accountable and high-performing sales environment

Ideal profile:
- Experience managing a high-volume sales team
- Contact centre experience at some point in your career
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance data
- Commercially switched-on and confident turning data into action
- An engaging, hands-on leader who can coach, motivate and develop people
