Sales Manager – Finnland & Baltics (m/f/d)

We seek an active and enthusiastic professional for the Sales Manager – Finnland & Baltics (m/f/d) role in the Woehner Benelux B.V, Netherlands or remote.

Job Description

  • Establish, development and expansion of Wöhner sales structures and activities in the Finnish and Baltic markets
  • Serving existing and new clients to increase market share and sales
  • Processing of technical Inquiries from these customers about the entire product range
  • Continuous market observation and support with the aim of increasing market share
  • Installing a stable, sustainable pricing system for international customers together with the General Manager
  • Creation of market analyzes and competitive comparisons based on continuous market observation
  • Participation in measures for the market launch of new products and in general in the development of marketing measures
  • Support nationally and in the markets on site during customer visits, trade fairs, etc.
  • Development of digital sales channels; strengthen it with tutorials and product presentations as well as with webbased activities

Requirements

  • Technician or graduate engineer (Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering) or comparable education
  • 5+ years relevant sales experience in the target markets
  • Good basic knowledge of electrical engineering
  • Very good knowledge of English is a must, further foreign language desired
  • Proven market knowledge and an existing network
