What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts while serving as the primary point of contact for clients across your territory
  • Represent MADx at industry conferences, exhibitions, and professional events
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and business reviews
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while staying informed about new products, features, and market developments
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance and territory activities
  • Share best practices and contribute innovative ideas to drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience

What You Bring

  • A degree or comparable qualification in a scientific discipline (Molecular Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
  • Residency in the UK, preferably in or around Birmingham, with the flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Proven sales experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or diagnostics sector, ideally with exposure to allergology
  • A customer-focused mindset coupled with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering solutions
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English

Compensation

For this position, we offer a market-competitive minimum annual gross salary of £40,000 based on full-time employment. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.
