Looking for an ingredient solutions manufacturer that gives you autonomy, people leadership, and a flexible schedule?
The business are probably the leading manufacturer in their sector with a strong product range who are well known for high quality and a strong service offering.
Culturally they are a nice business, over 50 years established who have a track record of people staying for the long term and progressing their careers with them.
This role is remote based with around 1 day most weeks in office near Stanstead airport, they are flexible and understanding of work life balance.

We are seeking someone with food ingredients experience, in flavours, savoury, bakery, snacks or similar categories. People from an Account Management or potentially customer facing product development backgrounds will be considered.
The role combines strategic account management, business development, and technical project support, with a focus on strengthening existing customer relationships and developing new opportunities across the UK market.

The successful candidate will:
- Manage key customer accounts
- Identify opportunities for growth across multiple product categories
- Work closely with Commercial, Technical, and R&D teams in the UK and Europe to deliver tailored customer solutions
This role could focus on customers and can also take on leadership of a small team if desired.
Package: £60-63k + car + good benefits.
