Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our team at Reiss Bicester Village. As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial success on the shop floor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and wants to make a genuine impact on both people and performance.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the team to represent Reiss through personal styling and brand identity
  • Guiding the team through change and maintaining composure under pressure
  • Ensuring brand values, silent-service standards, and store presentation are upheld
  • Keeping the team informed on relevant company news
  • Delivering an Elevated Customer Experience
    • Leading the team to deliver the Reiss Experience across every customer touchpoint
    • Helping the team build genuine, lasting relationships with customers
    • Keeping the team up to date on product, fabrics, design direction, and trends to style customers with confidence
  • Driving Sales & Performance
    • Understanding store targets, budgets, and KPI levers
    • Motivating the team to hit personal sales targets and KPIs
    • Planning, prioritising, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines
    • Using commercial reporting to drive sales actions

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role, ideally within premium/luxury fashion
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs
  • A natural leader who can coach, motivate, and develop a team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the emotional maturity to adapt your approach to different people
  • A genuine passion for styling, product, and delivering outstanding customer service
