We are seeking someone with strong food ingredients experience in savoury, bakery, snacks, or similar categories. People from an Account Management or potentially customer-facing product development background will be considered.

The role combines strategic account management, business development, and technical project support, with a focus on strengthening existing customer relationships and developing new opportunities across the UK market.

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage key customer accounts
  • Identify opportunities for growth across multiple product categories
  • Work closely with Commercial, Technical, and R&D teams in the UK and Europe to deliver tailored customer solutions

This role could focus on customers and can also take on leadership of a small team if desired.

Home-based role with travel to the office in the south east of England 2-3 days per month.

Package: £60-63k + car + good benefits.
