Your mission
THE ROLE
The Sales Manager is a key role within our Commercial team working directly with the Senior Sales Manager to whom there will be a dotted reporting line. You will be a driving force behind Techspace’s growth and occupancy in our London locations. This is a high-impact, role blending proactive business development, relationship management, and consultative selling.
You will own the entire sales lifecycle leveraging diverse channels and nurturing a robust local broker network, conducting high energy tours and negotiating high value contracts. Acting as a key brand ambassador in the UK commercial real estate market, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to optimise lead quality and ensure flawless member onboarding.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pipeline Management
- Using multiple channels, you will work to ensure your sales pipeline is filled with qualified and relevant leads in order to hit monthly and annual revenue targets.
- You are also responsible for identifying companies that may be a good fit for Techspace and target prospects through business development.
Partner Relationship Management
- You will work to build new and maintain existing relationships with commercial brokers and referral partners and keep them updated with our availability and the latest offers.
- You will seek to leverage these relationships to bring more qualified leads into our spaces for viewings.
Brand Management
- You will be an ambassador for Techspace’s brand and will look to further build our brand awareness within the UK Real Estate market.
Qualification
- You will be responsible for managing new business enquiries and engage in consultative qualification exercises to identify their business needs and pain points in order to educate them on our most relevant products and additional services.
- You will log and manage these opportunities in the CRM.
Touring
- You will conduct both in-person and virtual viewings with prospective members of our locations.
- You will conduct a thorough needs analysis & then proceed to educate them on our brand, offering and any relevant promotions and identify where Techspace is able to add value.
- You will feel comfortable handling member objections and using them as opportunities to further show how our benefits and additional services will accelerate their business’s growth.

Negotiation & Closing
- Once toured you will be responsible for following up with your leads and seeking to find appropriate pricing structures that fit their budget and also hit our internal revenue targets.
- Upon reaching agreements, you will be responsible for drawing up new contracts, navigating queries and getting member signatures.
Handover to Ops Team
- In order to ensure the best possible experience for both the member and the operations team, you will work closely with the relevant building teams to hand over all information and use excellent communication and manage expectations of all stakeholders to ensure that the member's needs and expectations are met upon moving in.
Member Retention
- You will work together with the account managers on our community team to support member growth and retention.
- Ensure that internal moves are facilitated smoothly with top communication skills and cross team collaboration.
Reporting
- You'll be responsible for keeping all sales data up to date.
- Tracking pipeline conversion, availability and occupancy.
- Feedback to Marketing
- You will work with our Marketing team to ensure the upkeep of available listings and provide insight to ensure the spaces are appropriately advertised.
- You will also give feedback to the marketing team based on lead quality, market circumstances and qualitative feedback on a marketing strategy that will inform our campaigns, offers and outreach.
Your profile
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, flexible workspace or commercial real estate
- Proven track record dealing with commercial real estate brokers.
- Experience with specific CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Drive, motivation & hunger to achieve great results, and willing to go above and beyond.
