About the Role – Sales Manager
Drive growth and maintain a high-performing team as part of our Retail Management team. Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in fostering a motivated workforce, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining a safe, efficient store environment.
Who You Are (Key Requirements)
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Previous experience in team supervision, preferably in a leadership role
- A strong background in high-end customer service, ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment
- The ability to guide, coach, and mentor a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Resilience under pressure

What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver unparalleled customer service: Creating a tailored, premium experience that exceeds expectations.
- Set the standard: Act as a role model—inspiring your team with dedication, integrity, and genuine warmth.
- Drive performance and sales: Monitor team KPIs, lead by example, and help hit business goals.
- Clarify direction: Work with the store leadership team to ensure business plans and strategies are effectively communicated across the team.
- Deep brand knowledge: Share expertise on Reiss products with customers and colleagues.
- Support operations: Actively engage in store duties and contribute to overall team effectiveness.
- Lead and collaborate: Deliver briefings, attend team meetings, and support team development efforts.
