Sales Manager – Independent Agencies

London | Hybrid – 3 days per week
£60,000 base + bonus

We’re working with an established global digital media and advertising business looking to hire a Sales Manager to grow its relationships across the UK independent agency market.

The Role

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of independent agencies, strengthening existing relationships while opening new commercial opportunities across video, programmatic and digital advertising solutions.

You will:

  • Develop relationships across key independent media agencies
  • Generate new briefs and grow revenue across existing and prospective agency partners
  • Build relationships with planning, investment, trading, and programmatic teams
  • Manage the full sales process, from prospecting through to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Create clear account plans and maintain an accurate commercial pipeline
  • Work closely with internal trading, strategy, and client service teams
  • Represent the business at agency meetings, events, and wider industry opportunities

About You

You’ll have experience selling digital media, programmatic, video, CTV, or AdTech solutions into UK media agencies.

You should bring:

  • A strong network across independent media agencies
  • A track record of winning new business and growing agency revenue
  • Good knowledge of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem
  • Relationships across agency planning, trading, investment, or digital teams
  • Confidence managing commercial conversations and presenting solutions
  • A proactive, organised, and genuinely sales-led approach
