Sales Manager - Greece
We’re looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager to join our sales team, specialising in Greece. You’ll play a key role in negotiating hotel and package contracts directly with suppliers, securing the best deals for our members. You'll collaborate closely with a dynamic, results-driven team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

We operate a hybrid working model where colleagues come into the office in London 3 days a week. The Role & What You'll Do
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Identify and maintain business relationships with a diverse remit of hotels (and/or DMCs) in your region, from chic boutique hotels to luxury beach resorts.
- Develop Your Portfolio: Curate a diverse pool of products across your assigned region, negotiating the best hotel deals to inspire our worldwide members to travel.
- Always on hotel, Flash deals and Package Evolution: Roll out the Always on Hotel Portfolio, Flash deals and Packages concept across your region, developing a diverse portfolio ranging from chic boutique city hotels, beach resorts to island hoppings and Greece roundtrips.
- Drive Commercial Growth: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the supply chain to drive regional performance.
- Oversee the Sales Process: Drive all elements of the process from target identification and initial contact through to pricing, contract agreement, and ongoing account management.
- Optimise Performance: Report on, evaluate, and implement suitable sales measures to ensure continuous growth.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Operations, Sales Steering & Revenue, and Customer Service departments.
- Be a Destination Expert: Generate new leads and research the competitive landscape and tourism trends within your region.

The Team
The sales team at Secret Escapes is made up of results-oriented individuals who are committed to securing the best deals from curated hotels and resorts. The team is a supportive and collaborative collective, focused on our mission to inspire the world to escape. We are open-minded and use data and insights to devise hypotheses to test in as lean a way as possible. We focus on positively impacting targeted outcomes in the sweet spot between customer and business value generation.
You Will Bring
- Proven Sales Expertise: Solid account management experience with a track record of successfully negotiating contracts in the travel industry.
- Regional Knowledge: Direct experience contracting in at least one or two specific areas within your designated region.
- Exceptional Negotiation Skills: The ability to establish and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with hotel decision-makers.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong numeracy skills and the ability to leverage data to drive smart business decisions.
- Target-Driven Mentality: A history of exceeding sales targets and a passion for delivering results.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English is essential and the local language for your specific region is a plus.
- Driving license: preferred or required depending on region (a bonus).
- Organisation: The ability to prioritise effectively and excel in a fast-paced environment.
