Position: Growth Manager

Salary: Competitive

Location: UK (Remote)

If you’re currently selling SaaS or technology into Higher Education, Further Education, or training providers, you already know the frustration. You’re likely tired of pushing legacy software into risk-averse institutions, bogged down by sluggish procurement cycles, and battling against capped commissions while pitching tools that haven't changed in a decade. Our client is changing that.

They’ve developed an AI-driven platform that automates grading and feedback for higher education institutions and professional awarding bodies—solving one of the single biggest operational bottlenecks in sector assessment. Entering an aggressive growth phase, they need a strategic B2B Growth Manager to lead their commercial expansion across the UK.

The Challenge

This isn't an account management role where you simply inherit a territory and maintain existing accounts. You’ll be taking point on building a national B2B pipeline from scratch. Your focus will be opening doors with senior institutional decision-makers—Vice Chancellors, Deans, Quality Managers, and Directors of Learning & Teaching. You’ll lead consultative sales cycles, deliver high-impact platform demos, navigate complex procurement processes, and close multi-year deals across universities, FE colleges, and professional training organizations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
