High-Tech IT Ltd is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to support the next stage of our growth across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in healthcare technology and IT services, with a particular focus on Philips PACS/RIS and radiology informatics solutions.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strong, long-term customer relationships across the private healthcare, diagnostic imaging, and wider commercial sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new opportunities for Philips PACS/RIS and radiology informatics solutions
- Promoting our complete technology offering for diagnostic centres
- Selling managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Building relationships with diagnostic centres, healthcare providers, and commercial organisations
- Managing opportunities through the complete sales cycle
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinating product demonstrations and customer meetings
- Maintaining and developing the sales pipeline and CRM
- Working closely with technical, clinical, and project teams
- Supporting marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and industry events
- Developing relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities for additional services
- Working with technology partners and vendors to develop opportunities
- Achieving agreed sales and revenue targets

About You
We are interested in candidates with experience or a strong interest in:
- B2B technology sales or business development
- Healthcare IT, medical imaging, or radiology technology
- PACS/RIS or healthcare software sales
- Managed IT services, cloud, or cybersecurity
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Consultative and solution-based selling

Experience with PACS/RIS or healthcare IT would be highly advantageous, but we are also interested in talented technology sales professionals who are keen to develop specialist knowledge in healthcare informatics.
You should be confident communicating with customers, identifying business requirements, and working with technical specialists to develop the right solution.
