Cyber Security Sales Manager

UK remote
£70,000 - £90,000 + Comms + Benefits

DigiTech are working with a Cyber Security start up who're looking for a Cyber Sales expert to join them as they grow! This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Cyber Security Account Executive or Sales Manager to step into a foundational sales leadership role at a fast growing UK cyber security start up.

You’ll build the sales function from day one, own strategy, and work directly with the founder to shape how the business scales.

Cyber experience is essential - whether you’ve sold MDR, EDR/XDR, SIEM, penetration testing, managed SOC, cloud security, or broader cyber services/products.

What You’ll Own

  • Sales strategy from the ground up - GTM, pipeline structure, forecasting, segmentation, and repeatable sales motions.
  • New business acquisition across mid‑market and enterprise clients.
  • Building the sales practice including processes, tooling, messaging, and early hires as the team grows.
  • Founder collaboration on product direction, commercial positioning, and market expansion.
  • Full ownership of deals from prospecting through to close.
  • Account development and expansion of early customers into long‑term strategic relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
