About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Home Energy Storage business in the UK market. This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships with distributors, installers, and other key industry partners while supporting the overall commercial development of our residential energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, installers, and strategic business partners across the UK
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner and installer network
  • Deliver regional sales targets and support sustainable revenue and margin growth
  • Manage the sales pipeline, customer negotiations, forecasting, and commercial follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal teams on orders, inventory, delivery, after-sales support, and customer requirements
  • Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Service teams to improve products and customer experience
  • Support partner onboarding, product presentations, training sessions, and industry events
  • Maintain regular communication with key accounts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or key account management
  • Experience in residential energy storage, solar, photovoltaic systems, inverters, batteries, or related energy products is strongly preferred
  • Established relationships with UK distributors, installers, or energy-sector partners are an advantage
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and target orientation
  • Ability to independently develop and manage a regional sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the UK
  • Self-motivated, structured, and results-driven working style
