Position: Sales Manager — Hospitaliti ATS (Europe)
Hospitaliti Group | Full-time | Remote-first (Europe) with travel to Barcelona | Immediate start
Sell the future of hospitality hiring — to an industry that already knows our name.
Who we are
Hospitaliti Group is building the talent operating system for the world's most people-driven industry. In 2026 we acquired a talent marketplace operating across Europe — and combined it with our AI-native Applicant Tracking System, purpose-built for hotels and restaurants.
This is not generic HR software with a hospitality skin. Our ATS matches candidates, plugs directly into the industry's largest talent pool, and turns hiring from a cost centre into a competitive edge. From independent icons to international groups, the industry is asking for this. We need someone to bring it to them.
The mission
You will drive Hospitaliti ATS revenue across Europe. Not from behind a dashboard — in the room, on the phone, at the table. You'll open doors with your own network, run your own demos, negotiate your own deals, and close them. You'll also mine the warmest pipeline in the industry, enterprise relationships who already trust a brand and are ready to hear what comes next.
What you'll actually do
- Hunt, pitch, demo and close ATS deals with hotel groups, management companies, luxury collections and restaurant groups across Europe
- Convert your existing industry relationships into pipeline in your first 30 days
- Cross-sell the ATS into the existing enterprise base — warm accounts, real budgets, live hiring pain
- Represent us at the industry's key trade shows and events across Europe
- Build the European ATS sales playbook — pricing conversations, objection handling, champions, references — and shape how we scale it
- Feed what you hear in the market straight back into product; you'll have the CTO's ear and work closely with the Product Manager

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Who you are
- A closer with 5+ years selling SaaS, HR tech or hospitality tech — with a verifiable record of hitting and beating quota
- You bring a real network across European hospitality: GMs, HR and Talent Directors, regional VPs, owners. When you call, they pick up.
- Hospitality-fluent — you've worked in, sold into, or lived this industry. Hotel school alumni and industry operators turned tech sellers are especially welcome.
- A builder, not a caretaker. You've thrived in scale-ups where the playbook didn't exist until you wrote it — not behind the brand of a legacy incumbent.
- Hands-on by choice. You'd rather run three demos than sit in three internal meetings.
- Fluent English; Spanish, French, Italian or German a strong advantage (our core markets: Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland)
- Based in Europe near a major airport, ready to travel, ready to start now
Why this is the moment
- Warm market, day one. A recognised industry brand, an installed base of many enterprise clients, and a candidate pool behind every pitch. You are not cold-calling from zero.
- Category timing. Hospitality is desperate for hiring technology built for how it actually works. We built it. The window to own this category is open right now.
- Uncapped upside. Your earnings scale with what you close
- Real ownership. Direct access to the CEO, a voice in strategy, and the chance to build the commercial engine of a European category leader.
