Sales Manager | 5-Star Housebuilder
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £80,000 basic, £110,000 OTE, plus car allowance
A five-star housebuilder is appointing a Sales Manager to run its Bristol developments. This is a senior role with genuine ownership: sales strategy, pricing and performance across a live site portfolio, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
We are looking for someone who knows the Bristol market inside out. Who is building what and where, how the competition is pricing, where demand is moving across the city and the wider South West, and what that means for your release strategy.

The Role
- Lead, develop and hold to account the on-site Sales Consultants across your developments
- Own sales strategy from launch through to final completion
- Set pricing, own the forecast, and be able to explain your numbers to the board
- Work with marketing on launch campaigns and site presentation
- Maintain five-star standards across every development
- Own the customer journey from first enquiry to handover
What You Will Need
- Current or recent Sales Manager experience with a volume or premium housebuilder. Estate agency and site-level Sales Advisor backgrounds will not be considered for this role
- Detailed working knowledge of the Bristol and South West new homes market
- A demonstrable record of hitting targets and building high-performing site teams
- Confidence with pricing strategy, reporting and forecasting
- Credible people leadership: coaching, standards, accountability
- Full UK driving licence, and flexibility for some weekend working with time given back in the week
