Build a high-performing sales team at one of the UK's fastest-growing SaaS businesses

Our client is transforming how visitor attractions and seasonal events grow their businesses. Combining market-leading ticketing software, powerful marketing technology, and hands-on growth services, they help thousands of attractions attract more visitors and increase revenue.

With rapid expansion across the UK and US, they're looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale the Account Executive team.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine player-coach role for a sales leader who still enjoys being in the action.

  • You'll own new business performance, working alongside Account Executives on live opportunities, coaching them through deals, and building a sales culture that consistently delivers month after month.
  • This isn't a management role where success comes from dashboards alone—you'll be actively involved in helping your team win.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have real ownership over performance, hiring, coaching, and the future growth of the sales organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
