Sales Manager Leeds / Bradford Salary - £55,000 Full-Time | Monday - Friday
Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely make an impact?
We're working with a successful and growing business in West Yorkshire that's looking to appoint an ambitious Sales Manager to lead, develop and motivate a high-performing sales team while driving business growth.

The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the sales function while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve processes and develop your team.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of sales professionals.
- Driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Monitoring KPIs, sales performance and pipeline activity.
- Conducting regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting key customer relationships.
- Producing sales forecasts and management reports.
- Working closely with other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, passionate about developing people and enjoys leading from the front.
You'll Ideally Have:
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Team Leader position.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive and hands-on management style.
- The ability to analyse performance data and make commercial decisions.
