Our client is a global pioneer in competitive smart physical security and IoT solutions, specializing in cutting-edge intercom and access-control systems. With a strong focus on building robust channel ecosystems across diverse B2B verticals, they are looking to accelerate market penetration across Europe.

We are seeking a dedicated Europe Sales Manager based in the UK to drive regional sales delivery, expand distribution channels, and spearhead key account management. As a critical bridge between European clients and headquarters, fluency in both English and Mandarin is required for seamless cross-border collaboration.

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives to consistently achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Expand Channel Ecosystem: Nurture existing channel partnerships, develop sub-channel networks, and identify/onboard high-potential new distribution partners across Europe.
  • Key Account Management: Manage and scale strategic key accounts while proactively acquiring new B2B clients through multi-channel business development approaches.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor dynamics, client feedback, and emerging industry trends to provide actionable insights for product and strategy iteration.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Degrees in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales or business development experience within the smart intercom, IP access control, or smart physical security industries.
  • Language Skills: Business fluent in English and professional proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) to coordinate effectively with internal technical and product teams.
  • Industry Know-how: Solid understanding of international trade procedures, foreign trade documentation, and relevant European market regulations and compliance.
  • Core Competencies: Self-motivated, execution-driven, quick learner, with exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bonus Points: Existing network or business resources within the European security distribution or systems integration channel are highly preferred.
